Featuring a private beach area with panoramic sunset views from the open-air bar and a fully equipped Dive Centre providing snorkeling and diving equipment for rental, the 3-star Minang Cove Resort is a Kampong Mukut hotel set in a sheltered cove on Tioman Island. The eco-friendly resort provides board games and kids' outdoor play equipment.

Rooms & Amenities

Air-conditioned chalets and villas with stunning views overlooking the cove provide a private bathroom and balcony. The resort's environmental dedication with recycling and energy-saving practices is evident.

Dining Options

Dining options featuring local and Western cuisine include buffet breakfast and dinner. The resort earns high ratings for hospitality and traditional Malaysian experiences.

Leisure & Activities

Range of activities including jungle trekking, snorkeling, and island tours are available. Proximity to Tioman's lush rainforest and diverse marine life enhances the experience.

Services & Local Area

A small library for guests to swap and borrow books is available. Cool, refreshing swimming pool located at the base of nearby falls is accessible via a hike to Tioman Island's largest waterfall.

“Reaching this resort by boat instantly sets the tone for seclusion, with a private cove and pristine beach as its immediate reward. The underwater world here offers accessible snorkeling right offshore, while inland excursions lead to jungle waterfalls. It's a place that prioritizes nature and genuine service over overt luxury, making for a truly restorative escape.”
